On Thursday nights during Term 3 at the Indigenous Hospitality House we’ll be hosting some workshops on everyday hospitality and some Bible studies of the book of Lamentations. We are currently looking for one or two more residents to come and live at the IHH, so that we can return to hosting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families who have hospital business in Melbourne.

Bible Study: Lamentations
In this bible study we will seek to make connections between the story of the nation of Israel told in Lamentations and our own national story. We will look to see whether this book may help us to address our shared histories of displacement and endeavour to distill how we might move forward as a nation in light of the biblical example.
